George holds the position of Director of Business and Technology Development at MDS Aero Support where he leads initiatives focused on commercializing emerging technologies for the aerospace and industrial sectors. MDS is a world leading supplier of validation technology in the areas of aviation propulsion, and industrial power generation.

A Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of experience, he has held leadership roles spanning mechanical engineering, systems engineering, proposals, business development, and strategic customer engagement.

George splits his time at MDS between supporting the mechanical engineering team with new technology development, managing clients as an Account Executive as part of the Business Development Team, and supporting the commercialization of new capability.

George has been with MDS since 1995 and has a broad background in both business development and engineering. He is a registered professional engineer with PEO and holds two masters degrees, as well as an undergraduate degree in engineering from Carleton University.
